We provide a structured pathway for elite girls into high school basketball, emphasizing player development, basketball IQ, discipline, confidence, and work ethic. Our environment prepares athletes for the demands of high-level competition through intentional training, competitive play, exposure, and consistent standards.

Team Loaded Reapers is our high school girls 3SSB Tier 1 pipeline, working in tandem with Team Loaded South Grassroots on the boys side. Together, we create a unified pathway designed to develop and advance elite athletes from grassroots basketball into the highest levels of competition.
