Who Are WE?

Carolina Reaper Stars is our K–8th grade girls basketball program, built to develop young athletes and prepare them for the next level. We focus on fundamentals, basketball IQ, confidence, discipline, and the work ethic needed to compete at a high level.

For our middle school athletes, Carolina Reaper Stars also provides Jr3SSB competition, giving players the opportunity to compete against some of the best talent in the region while continuing to develop within our system. This allows our athletes to gain meaningful experience and exposure while being challenged at the right level.

As athletes progress through Carolina Reaper Stars, they have a direct pathway into Team Loaded Reapers, our high school girls 3SSB Tier 1 program. The goal is to develop our players early, continue investing in them throughout their journey, and prepare them for the demands of elite high school basketball.

We believe development takes time. It comes from consistent coaching, intentional training, meaningful competition, and putting players in environments that challenge them to grow. Our goal is to build confident, disciplined players who are ready when their opportunity comes.

ALL REAPERS LEAD TO LOADED.
