Who Are WE?

Carolina Reapers and Carolina Stars are two new JR3SSB programs built with a shared vision to develop disciplined, competitive basketball teams in North Carolina. While the programs are new, the leadership is not. Every coach in the organization comes from respected and established programs, bringing proven teaching experience, strong basketball IQ, and a clear understanding of what it takes to develop players the right way.

Rather than building separately, the decision was made to align early and do it right from the start. Carolina Reapers serves as the girls program, Carolina Stars serves as the boys program, and together we operate under one unified standard. This joint venture was created with intention to combine experienced coaching, shared resources, and aligned values to build dominant teams over time and create a true development pipeline across the state.
